Family-owned Rack Shack BBQ has been serving up Southern Style barbecue in Eagan, MN for over a decade.

Gaining attention from outlets such as Man vs. Food Nation, the Travel Channel, and Buzzfeed, it’s no surprise that 67 Nextdoor Neighborhoods voted Rack Shack BBQ a Neighborhood Favorite! When asked how it feels to be an important part of the community, Manager Elliot Ashwell shared, “We grew up in Eagan and Burnsville so being a part of this community is all we know! It feels great to be recognized as a favorite in our area and we will continue to be a part of our community.”

“We have traveled all across the United States to craft sauces that exemplify BBQ capitals.” -Rack Shack BBQ

Rack Shack believes that smokin’ good barbecue begins with the freshest ingredients and secret family recipes. Their protein is sustainably raised and quality checked, then rubbed with a secret mix of 17 herbs and spices. To compliment the finished product, they developed eight signature sauces to distinguish the unique flavor of Rack Shack BBQ. Both the sauces and the dry rub are so popular that Rack Shack now sells them online.

Nothing goes better with fresh, meaty, St. Louis-style pork ribs than some hand-crafted cornbread and coleslaw! Rack Shack offers a variety of side dishes ranging from traditional mac and cheese to a family-favorite creamy corn bake.
