  • I’m thankful for my very life. I almost died in 1995, but thanks to the miracles of God and modern medicine, I’m here to enjoy another Thanksgiving in Maine with my Mom and Dad. Life is good.

    • Maine. I want to visit. Where’d you suggest I go? And what time of year that isn’t warm. I like cool. Thanks and glad your health has improved.

  • Nice work,- very much appreciate it. Hope you have a wonderful Holidays, and a safe, and happy new year. Take care. ~~ Mike Scott Williams

  • I’m thankful for the 37 years of marriage I had with my sweet husband. He died last year but I have some great memories to remember him with. Holidays are hard to get through and it breaks my heart to know things will never be the same. But, I’m grateful for the memories we had!

    • Dear Lowrie,
Sorry your other half passed on. However, there is still life for you. Think of it, do you think he would like to see you sad, the answer is no. He would like to see you happy as usual all the time. True holidays may be a difficult thing to plan now that you are on your own but surely if you may join others who are in that sort of thing, you may find yourself happiness once again. I have your similar experience. I lost my 2 and only daughters and thought it was the end of my life, but with new friends and meeting people in similar groups, discussing our experiences has made my life better. So do not lock yourself indoors, but try to reach to other groups that you feel may have your experience, surely life may change for the better if not for the best. I wish you all the best and stay blessed. Compliment of the season. Flo
