The 2023 Nextdoor Neighborhood Faves awards are here!
It’s time for neighbors to vote for their favorite businesses in Nextdoor’s 7th annual Neighborhood Faves awards, the only annual awards where neighbors vote to celebrate their favorite local businesses.
From June 1 to June 30, neighbors on Nextdoor can vote for their favorite businesses across various categories, including restaurants, coffee shops, home service providers, and more at nextdoor.com/faves.
Celebrating your favorite local businesses with a Fave is an amazing way to support your local economy and to spread the word about the places you love.
Lexie Choate-Bewley, an esthetician and owner of Skin by Lexie, in Walnut Creek, CA, uses Nextdoor to build her growing clientele and now proudly serves 900 clients. Last year, her business was voted a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave.
“It’s been really great to build clientele and also I have had clients say, ‘Hey I saw someone post your name on Nextdoor.'” Lexi added: “People are going to be more trusting to support your business and go to your business because they’re seeing other neighbors say ‘Oh yeah, I go to Lexie.'”
Max Schlossberg, owner of a Neighborhood Fave business, The Max Dog Trainer, in Los Angeles, CA, says he works hard to ensure neighbors that their pets are in the best hands, and Faves and recommendations on Nextdoor have helped him earn trust with his growing customer base.
“In any area there’s so many options for everything it’s hard to figure out what services are quality services, and the reviews on Nextdoor help me stand out in that way.” Max added: “Part of the way people show their gratitude for everything that we were able to do together is by leaving those reviews on Nextdoor. Most people really love their dogs and when they find something that’s really good and can help their dogs it’s something that they want to share.”
