In our relentless pursuit of helping neighborhoods thrive, we’re announcing a series of strategic organizational changes that align with our long-term vision and values, which include expanded leadership roles for two valued members of Team Nextdoor.
Heidi Andersen | Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer
During her three-year tenure at Nextdoor, Heidi has served as Nextdoor’s Chief Revenue Officer, leading the revenue organization with a holistic approach on how Nextdoor can best serve our neighbors, businesses, and public agencies. Heidi has been instrumental in driving value to advertisers through Nextdoor’s first-party data, high-intent audience consisting of real people, and trusted local environment. In her new dual role as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, she will extend her focus on championing the Nextdoor brand and driving neighbor engagement. Unifying two critical functions creates a more focused and agile organization that can better serve neighbors and businesses of all sizes. Last year, Heidi joined the Ad Council and the MMA boards as Nextdoor’s “CMO” representative. This has given her a strong platform for developing deeper expertise in marketing leadership as well as learning from and giving back to some of the most influential CMOs in the world.
Jose Gaztelu | Head of Global Market Operations & Corporate Strategy
Jose Gaztelu, who previously served as Nextdoor’s Head of International, will expand his role to Head of Global Market Operations & Corporate Strategy. In his tenure at Nextdoor, Jose has brought with him the kind of strategic and operational experience that is vital to this global leadership role at Nextdoor. Thanks to his nearly two decades of leading global teams, working at Houzz, Global Fashion Group, and early training at McKinsey, he understands how to manage complex businesses at scale and has shown an ability to develop and execute a strategy effectively.
